Quick summary
What matters most before a customer places an order.
This website is designed to simplify print ordering, but customers remain responsible for ensuring all information, dimensions, design files, selected PDF pages, artwork links, and delivery details are correct before payment or final confirmation. Production will rely on the data and materials submitted through the system or confirmed with our team.
- Pricing, availability, and turnaround times may remain subject to review during order confirmation.
- Any design file or link you submit must be lawful to use and must not infringe third-party rights.
- Custom orders that have already been processed or moved into production are generally not suitable for cancellation or a full refund.
Important note:
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and apply across the website, including auth pages, cart, checkout, customer profile, and support interactions related to orders.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms as well as any additional policies stated on specific pages or flows.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and your continued use after any update will be treated as acceptance of those changes.
2. Customer accounts and access
- You are responsible for ensuring your account details such as name, email, phone number, address, and e-Invoice details are accurate and kept up to date.
- You must keep your password, Google sign-in access, and any account session credentials confidential.
- We may suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse, suspicious activity, or breach of these terms.
3. Pricing, quotations, and order confirmation
Displayed prices, quotations, or cart totals form part of the live website sales flow and may depend on product type, specifications, quantity, role pricing, finishing, dimensions, or other options entered by the customer.
- An order is only considered final after we receive the necessary confirmation, including complete information, suitable files, and/or the applicable payment.
- We reserve the right to revise quotations or reject orders containing pricing errors, incomplete information, or specifications that cannot be fulfilled.
4. Artwork, file uploads, and usage rights
When you upload files, submit design links, or select PDF pages for printing, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and that they do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.
- You are responsible for the design content, spelling, layout, and PDF pages selected through the upload flow.
- Any third-party design link you provide must be reasonably accessible to our team for review or production.
- We may reject files that are corrupted, unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the supported formats.
5. Production, colour, and print output
Printed products involve technical processes and physical materials. Minor variations in colour, scale, alignment, finishing, or material texture may occur within reasonable limits and are not automatically considered defects.
Where the customer has confirmed the artwork, specifications, or selected PDF pages, production will rely on that confirmed information.
6. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
- Online payment or any other payment method we provide must be completed according to the valid checkout flow or order instructions.
- Custom orders that have already been processed, confirmed for production, or shipped are generally not eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
- If cancellation is requested before production begins, we may consider it case by case and may deduct administration fees, gateway charges, or costs already incurred.

- We are not fully responsible for delays or disruption caused by third parties such as couriers or other reasonable events outside our control.
